Abrasive media particularly suitable for machining pieces with flat surfaces and corners which are difficult to reach with rounded shape tools. Thanks to the flatness of its faces, it is possible to obtain a compact abrasive mass which permits the use of the vibrator with a high oscillation amplitude, shortening the work cycle. Suitable to be used with all rolling, vibration and centrifuges machines.

Abrasive media with exceptionally efficient shape when used in centrifugal machines for the treatment of small pieces with complex surfaces. Used on jewellery, costume jewellery and small metal parts.

Evolution of the tetrahedron shape. The hollow side faces of the tristar ensure effective finishing on areas of complex parts which could not otherwise be reached. Suitable to be used with all rolling, vibration and centrifuges machines

Abrasive media suitable for the finishing of parts with large holes. Its irregular octagonal shape, provides an edged side surface that prevents the tool from getting stuck in the holes of the parts being treated. Due to its size, it is used almost exclusively in radiusing and deburring operations. Suitable to be used with all vibration machines.

Abrasive media designed for the machining in vibratory or centrifugal machines of small parts in the fields of jewellery, costume jewellery, watches and clocks, dental prostheses and small metal parts. The square base and sharp corners are ideal for parts with highly complex profiles and ensure an even finish on every surface.                    

The conical shape abrasive media was the first to be introduced on the market. Its shape makes it possible to obtain good finishing results on most surfaces, whether they are curved or flat, with simple or complex profile. Allows you to obtain a fairly compact abrasive mass which facilitates the finishing process. Suitable to be used with all rolling, vibration and centrifuges machines.

Evolution of the conical shape. The elliptical base of this media, gives it the same characteristic of obtaining a compact abrasive mass in the vibrator, making in this way possible the use of big size media, also for difficult finishing treatments. Very suitable for finishing of taps and fittings parts. This shape is used with all tumbling, vibratory and centrifugal machines.

Abrasive media designed primarily for the treatment of aluminium die-casting in tumbling and vibratory barrels. Thanks to its triangle cut shape, it is used in all finishing operations for which media with predominantly flat surfaces and sharp edges are required. Suitable to be used with all machines, both rolling and vibration.
