We developed our products following this philosophy.

Our range of flexible abrasive tools is made by combining a polyurethane resin based bonder with synthetic abrasives such as silicon carbide and aluminium oxide. Different wheels use different types of bonding agent: SANDER and ELASTOMERIC, made of flexible expanded polyurethane, can easily be adapted to any form of profile; DRAKO made of reinforced expanded polyurethane with a non woven structure; FREECUT in expanded and solid rigid bonder for high quality finishing and deep removals.

Rigid Abrasive Wheels for deburring, grinding, cleaning and polishing hardened steels and not, light alloys, ceramic and natural stone.

Made in different densities and hardness from 30 to 90 Shore D.

Formulated with black and green Silicon Carbide, with grits size F16 to F1200 and

Red Brown Corundum, with grits size F16 to F320.

Produced in two diameters, 115 and 178 mm, and two hardnesses, 60 and 85 Shore A.

drako sander wheels

Abrasive flexible wheels for steels satin finishing and cleaning. Produced using non-woven abrasives wrapped and resin fabrics. Also used for micro deburring of metals in general and for machining on frames in natural wood and painted.

Produced in two densities and hardness from 65 to 85 Shore A, and in coarse, medium, fine, super fine, ultra fine grits, in Silicon Carbide and in Corundum.

Available hardnesses from 35 to 90 Shore A.

On request can be produced in fibreglass.
